Keynotes

Pim Pelser keynote

Two keynotes. Two different approaches.

One keynote focuses on the chaos within ourselves and within organizations.
The other keynote focuses on the changes happening outside of us: in the market, society, and behavior.

So, different perspectives.
But with the same underlying theme: learning to see what really matters, cutting through the noise, and making choices that actually provide direction.

Pressure Addicted

Addicted to pressure explores a pattern that has become almost the norm in many organizations: being constantly on.

We react to everything that comes our way. We fill our days with meetings, coordination, firefighting, and chaos. And somewhere along the way, we lose sight of what we actually need to work effectively: calm, focus, perspective, and the space to make real choices.

In this keynote, I’ll show what constant pressure does to people and teams. How busyness can quietly become an identity. How organizations work harder and harder, yet see less clearly. And why slowing down isn’t the same as coming to a standstill, but is actually the prerequisite for thinking more clearly and performing more effectively.

  • Pressure Addict is personal, confrontational, and relatable.
  • Not heavy. But honest.
  • With humor where it can provide relief and with language for patterns that are often long felt but not yet named.

This keynote is suited for organizations that feel things need to change.

For leaders, HR teams, and professionals who want to work with more peace of mind, greater clarity, and less automatic busyness.

Trendslation

Trendslation addresses a different issue.

Because while many organizations get caught up in the issues of the day, the world outside simply keeps changing. Customer behavior is shifting. Expectations are changing. New signals are emerging. The real challenge, then, isn’t to keep up with everything, but to identify what’s relevant.

In Trendslation, I help organizations translate trends into choices that matter. No empty hype or vague visions that won’t help you tomorrow. Instead, a down-to-earth and practical way of looking at change. What do you see happening? What does that mean for your organization? And what does that specifically require of your team, brand, or strategy?

I show you how to filter out the noise, pick up on signals earlier, and translate developments into action on the ground. Not to chase every trend, but rather to determine—with greater clarity and focus—what you should act on—and what you shouldn’t.

  • Trendslation is strategic, accessible, and immediately applicable.
  • Sharp on content, light in tone.
  • For organizations that want to stay relevant without getting lost in the noise

Why Organizations Book Me

Because I combine strategy with humanity.

I can draw an audience into a personal story without it becoming sentimental. I can bring clarity without coming across as aloof. And I can challenge people without turning them off.

My background as a consultant and entrepreneur helps me quickly see what it’s really about. My own experience helps me feel more deeply where the friction lies. That combination means my keynotes not only inspire, but also break through barriers.

No fleeting energy for a single afternoon.

Instead, language, direction, and momentum on themes that have often been buried beneath the surface for too long.
